Sales Terms & Return Policy

Because each Oily Pharm product is handcrafted in small batches and many items are made to order, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept:

• Order cancellations once production has begun
• Returns
• Refunds
• Exchanges

Most orders are prepared and packaged within 24 hours of purchase, so please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Oily Pharm is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered after they have been accepted by USPS. Customers should contact USPS directly regarding any shipping-related claims or delivery issues.
