HOW TO USE ROLL-ON: Apply liberally to bottoms of the feet, pulse points, temples, chest, or back of the neck. May be used as often as needed.

HOW TO USE INHALER: Hold one nostril closed while holding inhaler up to other nostril. Inhale deeply. Repeat on other side. Use as often as needed.
